Sabine Hansen
As a personnel and career consultant, I have conducted more than 1,000 interviews with managers about the success factors in their careers. Those who have made it to the top have not only their own performance to thank for this. Often it was supporters inside and outside their own company, a strong and resilient network and strong leadership skills that made the difference. This refers to skills such as negotiation skills, stakeholder management or performance and effectiveness skills in discussion situations, which allow me to shine as a manager. With the LNA, we have created the opportunity to learn these skills from managers with practical experience at management and board level. You are also part of a unique network of highly talented female managers.

The LeadershipNext Academy was founded in 2021 by Sabine Hansen and Dr. Natalie Daghles to support aspiring and established leaders in living future-oriented and transformative leadership. Since its inception, the LNA has successfully delivered 12 learning journeys with over 250 Fellows, sustainably supporting the development of leaders and their careers.

Under the direction of Sabine Hansen, the Academy stands for practical, interactive learning formats that focus on innovation, sustainability and human leadership. Our faculty members bring their many years of experience and passion for leadership to each program, creating a unique learning environment tailored to the needs of modern leaders.

Our Mission
What challenges will women managers face in the future and how can they overcome them? To answer these questions, we have launched our LeadershipNext program, which was inspired and co-founded by our cooperation partner Initiative Women into Leadership e.V.. Together, we embark on a learning journey that enables aspiring women to develop their strengths and expertise in direct exchange with our faculty members and their peers in order to take the next step on their career ladder.

Our Goal
We would like to accompany you on your next career step so that you can achieve your goals. With our LeadershipNext Academy, we take highly motivated managers & top talents on a learning journey, both digitally and on site, to (1) gain a deeper understanding of leadership skills, (2) bring about innovation and (3) prepare specifically for the next career step by sparring with CEOs, board members and top managers.
A steep learning curve
You will have access to 6 in-class online modules and two face-to-face sessions in our extended network. In a 180-minute interactive session, a qualified faculty member will teach you a specific area of expertise. You will then work on a case study in small groups. The results are then presented and discussed together. In addition, a personal or digital meet-up with a faculty member of your choice is available so that you receive individual support and can also address sensitive topics. Improved leadership skills
Improve your intercultural communication skills and learn about different leadership styles to adapt to the situation of an individual, team or organization. Understand how to build high performing teams and utilize and manage networks. At the same time, we will help you build an authentic leadership style: Foster growth, manage crises, drive innovation and make better decisions.
